Linda Furneaux is the owner and Director of Advantage Conveyancing. She has 37 plus years of conveyancing experience and is a Licensed Conveyancer Linda successfully obtained a Statement of Attainment from Vetasses, after her many years of practising conveyancing, to obtain her Licence to operate a Conveyancing Company. Linda is also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria) and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a Certified Practising Conveyancer, awarded by the AIC.
Advantage Conveyancing operates a Trust Account, holds Professional Indemnity Insurance and high level Cyber Crime Insurance and is supported by an Australian Legal Practitioner who specialises in Property Law.

Linda’s 37 plus years of experience and expertise, is in all areas of conveyancing, including sales, purchase, transfers, plans of subdivision, developments and any other aspect of conveyancing that involves the transfer of property or change of title.
Linda is the mother of two adult sons who are still at home and loves spending time and doing activities with them and travelling to the high country for week ends at a friends hut. Linda also enjoys cooking and hosting dinner parties and gardening.
Linda has travelled in recent years to France, Italy, Bali and Vietnam and looks forward to seeing more of the world
Joanne Cail is one of our Senior Conveyancers. Joanne has been in the conveyancing industry for in excess of 35 years. Joanne has worked for Solicitors and Conveyancers in her specialised area of conveyancing for many years. Joanne also worked for a Developer for a period of 7 years and has extensive knowledge in this area. Joanne is a wife and a mother of Sam, a Glen of Imaal Terrier. Sam is a unique and rare breed but considers himself a human. Joanne loves aussie rules football and in particular her beloved Hawks. Joanne’s interests are walking Sam, travel, dinner with friends and hopes to learn to sail next summer. Joanne looks forward to assisting you with your settlement and is proficient with the electronic PEXA Platform.
Merryn Yeo is one of our Senior Conveyancers. Merryn has been in the conveyancing industry for in excess of 35 years. Merryn retired from her last conveyancing position working for a Lawyer in Glen Waverley, last year after 16 years of service. As Merryn missed conveyancing, we are very pleased that she is now employed at Advantage Conveyancing 2 days per week.
Before her conveyancing career, Merryn worked in Finance and then moved to Mortgage Panel work for approximately 4 years before starting in Conveyancing. Merryn is the mother of 3 adult children and three gorgeous Grandchildren.
Merryn’s interests are going to the gym on her days off, politics, dinner with friends and gardening. Merryn looks forward to assisting you with your settlement and is now proficient with the electronic PEXA Platform.
Katrina Mullen is one of our Admin Assistants. Katrina will often be the one who answers your call and in most cases will be able to assist you. The majority of our correspondence will be prepared by either Katrina or Dee. Katrina is a wife and mother of 1 daughter, 3 cats and 4 chickens. Some of Katrina’s previous employment roles have been admin for a Mortgage Broker, Proof Department and other positions within the Westpac Bank, admin for the Department of Housing and other similar roles in Banking and Finances. Katrina is an animal lover and a member of Animal Justice Party and enjoys functions, rallys and other events with this organisation. Apart from 3 cats and 4 chickens a number of possums and their young attend each evening for hand feeding. Katrina also enjoys catching up with friends for dinner and family outings. Katrina will happily answer your call and queries with a smile.
Deanne Law is one of our Admin Assistants. Dee will often be the one who answers your call and in most cases will be able to assist you. The majority of the correspondence will be prepared by either Dee or Katrina.
Dee is a mother of 5 and works two to three days a week.
Dee has recently completed her Certificate 4 in disability, which has always been a dream of hers.
Some of Dees previous employment roles have been Reception at the Kilsyth Club, hospitality and Accounts Admin and Quality Assurance. As a mother of 5, Dee is dedicated to her children, their education, activities and wellbeing.
Dees enjoys catching up with friends for dinner and family outings. One of her favourite past times is attending and supporting her children in their sporting activities and being involved on a committee level or as Team Manager.
Dee enjoys continuing to learn the aspects of Conveyancing.
